Refund Policy

1. Overview

All payments made to ANZSCO AI are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to use the Service, or cancellation of your subscription.

2. Free Tier

We offer a permanent free tier that provides access to core features at no cost. The free tier is not a limited trial — it is available indefinitely so you can fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan.

We strongly encourage you to try before you buy. By choosing to upgrade, you confirm that you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the Service.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Billing in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel:

  • Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account reverts to the free tier after the billing period ends

No partial refunds are provided for unused time remaining in your billing period after cancellation.

4. Downgrades

If you downgrade from Pro to Free, no refund or credit will be issued for the remaining Pro time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you retain access to Pro features until then.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund request at our sole discretion. Examples include:

  • Duplicate charges resulting from a technical or billing error
  • Extended service outages exceeding 24 hours that materially prevented use of the Service
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation due to a processing error

Refund requests under exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question. All decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the transaction in question
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to review all refund requests within 5 business days.
