Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ANZSCO AI and app.anzsco.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

ANZSCO AI is an AI-powered migration intelligence platform providing Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) search, visa pathway analysis, skilled occupation list monitoring, points calculator, downloadable reports, and AI-assisted features.

The Service is designed for informational purposes to assist migration agents, immigration lawyers, employers, and individuals in understanding occupation classifications and visa eligibility.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain only one account per person
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans

The Service offers the following tiers:

  • Free — core search and basic features at no cost, available indefinitely
  • Pro — $29/month (billed annually) or $39/month (billed monthly), including advanced AI features, unlimited reports, and priority support
  • Enterprise — custom pricing for teams and organisations with dedicated support and SLA

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing cycle).

Charges are processed at the beginning of each billing period. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access until payment is resolved.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

For full details, including exceptional circumstances, see our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Billing or by emailing [email protected].

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without prior written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated access beyond any provided API, or exceed documented rate limits
  • Redistribute, resell, or republish data obtained from the Service without express written consent
  • Impersonate any person, entity, or migration agent
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Australian or international law
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, and original content, is owned by ANZSCO AI and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

ANZSCO codes and occupation data are Crown copyright of the Australian Government and the Australian Bureau of Statistics. We licence our presentation, aggregation, enrichment, and AI-powered analysis of this data — not the underlying government data itself.

9. AI Disclaimer

The Service includes AI-powered features such as occupation matching, visa pathway suggestions, and natural language search. These features provide general guidance only and do not constitute migration advice.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. You should always consult a registered migration agent (MARA) or qualified immigration lawyer before making decisions based on information provided by the Service. We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated output.

10. Data Accuracy

We source data from official Australian Government publications, including the Department of Home Affairs, the Australian Bureau of Statistics, and state nomination authorities. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

Government data sources may change without notice. Our data may lag official updates by up to 7 days. Always verify critical information directly with the relevant government authority.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law), ANZSCO AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from decisions made based on information provided by the Service, including visa eligibility assessments, occupation matching, and points calculations.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts of appeal therefrom.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. We will also update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
